a typical question during interviews :
"what's your strengths and weaknesses?"
yes, the ability to describe that to another person is a sign of confidence and confidence is always a good thing, but it could easily turns to arrogance when he/she blatantly exaggerate things. however in some situation, arrogance is sometimes applauded and to some extent, revered greatly. am i missing the big picture here or maybe people do see arrogance as a higher level of confidence? so, where's my stand on this? i stand to think that i am the least qualified person to describe myself. people around me is the best candidates for that.
and for this very reason, my answer to that question is simply :
'i dunno' (yeah, interviews, stupid job interviews; never my best moment)
hush, and i'm wondering why it's so hard for me to get a decent job
